Phone Consultation
Your representative calls to review the site plan, confirm measurements and layout, help choose styles, and answer HOA/budget questions.
Proposal Drafted & Emailed
You receive a detailed written proposal including product specifications, installation scope, and warranty information. Firm offer valid for 7 days.
Place Your Order
The proposal contains most HOA-required info. Use the included signing instructions to accept and secure your installation schedule spot.
5-Step Installation
From order to completion, every step is planned and communicated clearly.
Order Received
Your representative confirms scheduling, reviews next steps, and processes the required deposit.
Final Layout at Your Home
Scheduled 1–2 weeks before installation. Our layout specialist walks the fence line, marks post locations, and makes final adjustments.
Materials Delivered
Within one week of installation date when possible, or same day if advance delivery isn't practical.
Installation Begins
Most projects start within 3–4 weeks of order. Installers work from the approved final layout and CAD plan. You don't have to be home.
Installation Completed
Most installs complete within about one week. Within 24 hours, your representative follows up to confirm the build and review warranty.
Need a Technician?
Schedule an on-site inspection for fence repairs, gate problems, storm damage, leaning sections, or general troubleshooting. We inspect the affected areas, identify the cause, and outline clear repair options.
